Members are welcome to attend summer events, even if they have not yet
registered for the following year.

To remain on the membership list for the next membership year, you must submit your fees and Membership Information Form by September 30th.

Collection and Use of Information

We collect your name, addresses (postal and email), and phone numbers to provide a member roster only to paid club members. We do not sell or share your information with outside entities.

The Club Board of Directors only uses members’ postal addresses for direct correspondence. We do not share them on the Members List provided to our members.

Photos and Social Media

We enjoy sharing club experiences through photos in our newsletter, on our website and our private Facebook page. We only share photos with attendee permission. Please ask before taking photos to ensure everyone feels comfortable. To opt out of photos, please inform the photographer.
